MyCollect is your personal account where you can save your money and have access to your funds at any time.

For the moment we are only in Cameroon but it should be soon

The bonus balance is the interest that will be generated on your mycollect account, which will be transferred to your wallet so that you can make purchases directly on the platform.

Creating a savings account is simple. After downloading the application you have a MyCollect account by default, you can then: fund your account, make withdrawals at any time, consult the transaction history, create a blocked account if you wish.

It allows you to make your savings on the short/medium/long term and to have access to it after a period that you will have previously determined and to benefit from the interest rates from 2023.

It is not possible to transfer money from WALLET to MyCollect, but it is possible to transfer money from WALLET to WALLET and from MYCOLLECT to MYCOLLECT.

We would like to point out that the wallet is your electronic wallet that allows you to make purchases directly on the platform. If you want to withdraw funds from the wallet, you will have to create a faroti, let someone participate in your faroti and then make a withdrawal.
