We founded Faroty in response to the difficulties Cameroonians face in gaining easy access to basic financial services. Thanks to the growing accessibility of information and communication technologies in our country, especially smartphones and the Internet, we have seen an increase in users. We created our platform in 2018, initially to facilitate fundraising for various projects and causes via crowdfunding, and then we added another service called MyCollect to allow easy access to digital financial services, such as personal finance management,

savings account creation, and free money transfers via mobile and electronic payment platforms (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money,PayPal), without having to travel. We also offer a 'Tontines' service, which is a digitized version of traditional contributions. We have developed ePass, a service dedicated to the event industry and artists, for the creation and sale of digital tickets, including QR codes for various events, as well as for the sale of books, training, music, etc. Finally, our Business Pages service is designed to help merchants create their own sales page, add their items and distribute them. Faroty uses sophisticated algorithms and data analytics to automate and streamline financial processes, improve the user experience, and provide more personalized services to our customers. We are a faster, more convenient, and less expensive alternative to the traditional financial industry.
